The best de-bloat tablets

I’m in my 50s and looking 7 months pregnant 😟
i can’t bear how bloated I am. I’ve seen so many brands advertised but mostly by Instagrammers so who knows what to believe?!
Can you recommend anything? This, combined with losing around 1/4 pound a week is all very depressing!
Thanks!

Try peppermint capsules. However, it might be worth speaking to your GP if you are always bloated.

Not to alarm you but bloating accompanied by weight loss can be a sign of ovarian cancer. Please visit your GP and get checked out.

Dietary changes are generally the best option.
Also, please speak to your GP as there might be something else going on.

@Perfectmixofcute I’m actually not losing any weight and when I do it’s the tiniest amount. As opposed to 1-2 lbs a week which would be preferable.

colpermin peppermint capsules always helps me (and if it’s really bad peppermint tea as well)
