Hello! I’m a 52 year old procrastinator who wants to change. These are the changes I want to make to ‘improve’ my life:
- lose 15kg to come off statins
- exercise for 20 min 6 times a week
- get a crown on my side tooth; tooth whitening and composite bonding
- take daily vitamin supplements
- declutter
- read more rather than phone scrolling
I have no excuse for not doing any of these things except laziness. I’m determined to change.
