Robot Hoovers

Boring topic I know!

I've fancied a robot hoover for a while but reviews seem to be mixed.

If you have one, do you like it? Any recommendations on models? Is it worth getting one with a mop function, as I've read the mop isn't very effective!

I'm hoping to get one in a bank holiday sale.

I have 3 and love them. Wouldn’t be without them as I have lots of animals

I've used them for 10 years wouldn't buy another type.

I also have a robot mop - I don't by an all-in-one vacuum/mop because 1, they aren't any cheaper and 2, I like to hoover one floor then pop the mop on whilst the robot does upstairs.

We have a eufy X10 pro omni. It has a mop and vac function and can raise itself up to go over rugs etc. Sometimes we sent it around twice to ensure its cleaned well. Occasionally, it will miss something on the mop function, but often its something that needs a harder scrub. It has never got stuck in a corner like other models. It did get caught under the sofa once, but it got trapped by cords hanging from the sofa.

Overall it works very well. The only issue I have is having to prep the rooms. We raise things off the ground, pull the dining chairs out, remove extension cords etc from the ground. We therefore tend to only put it on when we go out.

Thank you for the replies so far. I think I'm tempted to go for one with just a hoover function, but still deciding.
