I’ve just knocked a freshly watered potted plant over onto my new yellow, cream, and light grey woolen rug. I’ve used towels to pat up the water and picked up all of the larger chunks of soil but there’s still tiny bits of dark soil and sand in the rug. I’ve tried the hoover and giving it a good shake but theyre almost embedded in. Any ideas? Rug is slightly damp, perhaps once it’s dry they’ll lift out a bit better if I hoover again?
