Ticktok shop shipping fees, new or just me?

Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this! Previously (just last week) if I spent over £22 I would get free delivery on items shipped by TikTok. However as of yesterday the shipping for me is now £3.98, no matter how much is in my basket. Now obviously there were things that had a shipping charge and that was always the case but even if I go into Spotlight items and add them which is meant to have free shipping my basket (over the £22) still has a 3.98 fee. Has this happened to anyone else. I have tried to Google this but can’t find an answer. Thanks!

I think their postage is all over the place. I can add several things to my basket and all of them attract postage separately. I don’t order if that’s the case. I have also found I get a pop up saying add an extra £8 (just and example) to get free postage so I will look, add more stuff and then it tells me postage costs more than previously or the pop up brings up a new amount to add. It’s infuriating.

I thought it depended on the seller. It’s advertised as TikTok shop but actually it’s just a marketplace and each seller sets their own postage rates and terms.

Scroll through your basket and you can see which items have free shipping, it sounds like there is an item in there with a shipping fee.

It depends which seller you’re shopping from.
