My daughter has been waiting for a considerable amount of time for her full licence to arrive. There have been various medical issues but her GP has, I think, written to them on her behalf.
It is weeks now since we heard from them. When trying to contact them we are put through to a robot who can only answer generally or have to wait for simply ages in a queue.
My question is this: Is she better to start the whole procedure again with medical notes from Doctor or is this likely to cause even more confusion!
Your advice will be much appreciated.
