Hi so past 2 or 3 days ive been having constant cramps and today its even worse almost making me feel.sick and sweating im taking paracetamol feel I need something stronger. However im not due on period for another 9 or 10 days. I usually have longer cycles .
Me and partner had an accident around 9 days ago but surely this wouldnt be cramping that soon??

Not sure what it is but im in agony.

Could be an ectopic pregnancy? Maybe not so soon but I would visit a doctor asap

Could be implantation pain? Although if it's that bad, you should probably see someone to rule out ectopic as a pp mentioned.
Did you take the morning after pill?

If it’s that bad, you need to get it seen. It could be an ectopic pregnancy or appendicitis. Or it could be constipation or ovulation. We can’t tell online and given the pain it’s causing, that’s not normal.

I had similar recently and surprisingly it ended up being COVID. Hope you improve soon!

Could be an ectopic pregnancy or appendicitis, as previous posters have said. Worth getting an out of hours GP appointment at least.

This happened to a friend of mine recently, she just had cramps and it turned out to be a UTI. With your temp I would say definitley UTI.

Im not sure i dont have other symptoms just severe cramping in stomach painkillers arent helping. May have to call 111 if it continues as they are getting stronger

Just call now. The cramping was all the symptoms my friend, no temp or sweating and none of the usual UTI symptoms.
