Think about what and how you were eating abroad
Like when Im on a beach holiday, Ill have the buffet breakfast, the snack at lunchtime and then its all about the evening meal
There will also be ice cream , maybe a wee pastry or something mid afternoon
Come home and life means its a coffee around 10, ( no breakfast ) maybe a bit of something at 3pm and then dinner at 7
So its a bit messed up, body still wanting holiday , life means get back into routine
Have a bigger breakfast, lose the carbs, go for fibre and protein. Same for lunch, dont reach for the bread , have fibre and protein again, and stuff the fruit in
Will take about a week to kick in but try to avoid carbs before lunch
Dont stop carbs, our body needs them
