Flies!

Can someone help with best way to get rid of flies? It’s driving me mad with the buzzing and feel so overstimulated by it haha! They just keep flying in where I keep doors and windows open. Not sure if there are good traps that actually work

Fly screens/ curtains. Ours attach with Velcro so easy to install. We leave the Velcro up year round and then just attach the curtain when we need to. Ours have magnets so they close and open easily.

Don't get me started. Came home from a 3 night break on Monday to find baby flies in the kitchen bin. I have a serious phobia so my 18 year old had to sort it out whilst I cowered half-way down the garden 😱

I just fly spray them on sight

We used to have this problem as we are surrounded by farmland. Someone suggested a fly swatter and it really works. Just clean the mess ASAP so it doesn't stain.

Fly screens are best but if they still get in then an electric fly swatter (like a tennis racquet) works a treat - also good exercise!

We recently stated in holiday accommodation that was undisclosed to be next to a pig farm. No real issue apart from the blue bottles, however these kept my Jack Russell entertained at the window sills the entire time. She took easy and every one out, I was constantly sweeping up the tiny carcasses . OP needs a terrier 😆
