Just that really… at work all day while kids with DGP’s, need to pick something up for tea on way home (4 x adults & 2DC). All good eaters, no allergies. Need some inspiration to save me wandering round supermarket aimlessly…Thanks

Thanks for all the great suggestions! We had salmon, new potatoes & green’s yesterday so that’s out but always a winner. Think I’ll probably go for quick spag bol as have loads of veggies I can throw in too (celery, carrot, mushrooms)…slosh of red wine won’t go wrong either! Just remembered we’ve got one of those delicious M&S bakery garlic breads in freezer too…Thanks

Soy and garlic beef stir fry and noodles here.

Diced pork in BBQ sauce, green beans, cabbage, broccoli, baked courgettes and tomatoes, air fried roast potatoes and sweet potatoes. Catering for a few different veg preferences! And beans, cabbage, courgettes and tomatoes all out of the garden and a bit of a glut.

Bang Bang Chicken. (From the Slimming Eats blog/website.)

Chicken, with chopped vegetables, spices and cream cheese, with noodles (meant to be spaghetti but husband doesn't like pasta 🙄)

Followed by the last of the home made strawberry ice cream.

Bad Boy Pot Noodle (King Size) with an accompagnement of Eggplant Cavier, and a light Bistro Salad.
With a BIG bowl of salad cream.

And some chips.

I'm struggling to eat anything at the moment. I had a piece of fish in butter sauce and a spoonful of white rice. DH had scampi and chips.
