Good morning,
I started HRT about 2 weeks ago. Other than feeling a bit off for the first week I’ve been ok. My period was due two days ago and I’ve had waves of awful anxiety and waking in the night with my heart racing. Period still hasn’t arrived.
I am on Utrogestan sequentially and the Everol 50mg patch. Is this a case of wait it out and see if things settle?
Any experience with the above would be great to help me right now.
