Weight loss injection. Have you heard of this side effect?

I deliberately haven't put this in weight loss chat because I fear people will accuse me of being anti weight loss jab. Which I'm not.

A friend has recently started with the jabs
Doing really well. But in a week has made some big errors at work. Friend works in a delicate setting shall we say. Luckily these mistakes have been spotted by herself. But she sounded scared when she told me about them. She hasn't mentioned thatbit could be the jabs. It may not be?

Has anyone heard of confusion as a side effect? Hopefully if so it's a passing one?

I might mention it gently and ask her to ask her provider?

It’s maybe a consequence of not eating enough due to the appetite suppression rather than the jabs themselves

That's a good point thanks.

Um no. She maybe not eating enough, or have low blood sugar, or be dehrydrated. So diet related and not the drugs. Or it could be unrelated, people still get ill as normal on the drugs, they don’t suddenly prevent all illnesses.

In all of the hundreds of experiences I have read online and the people I know in real life taking WLI, no, I’ve never heard of this.

It could be related: either that she's not eating enough, or that the injections are causing fatigue and/or sleep disturbance and that's making her less alert. However, it could also not be, and the timing is entirely coincidental. I wouldn't start offering her advice on the topic, tbh, as you're not doing so from any sort of position of expertise.
