Someone drove into the back of my car a few months ago. I’ve made a claim for personal injury compensation via Official Injury Claim for whiplash. I had neck pain that was better after a couple of weeks, plus lower back pain that is still there but getting better after physio. I also had chest pain, headaches, nausea etc after the event.
I’m just being nosey and wondered if anyone wanted to share how much they were awarded recently in a similar situation? I know these claims aren’t worth much these days.
