Watching the news this weekend it is really bending my brain as to how Europe can actually substantively support Ukraine.
Russia has shown that written security treaties have zero value.
While I acknowledge that Trump won’t sign up to Ukraine joining NATO as part of a peace deal for a nano second, as a NATO member would you a) support Ukraine joining as a concession to losing the Donbas with the risk of committing troops should Russia test this
or b) be prepared to support Ukraine with more explicit weaponry now up to and including British (and other) troops now?
