Me first:

Telephone calls.

Assume the person you are speaking to is in a public space and has the call on speaker. Assume your personal information is shared far and wide and it doesn’t occur to the person you’re speaking to prevent this by at least warning you ‘you’re on speaker.’

Parenting with anxiety
assume the worse, prepare in your head for the worse, broken sleep for years. They get married and you finally can sleep and not worry but have your phone on loud 24/7 just in case.
