What’s the likelihood of getting a title absolute on an unregistered property if there are no deeds (lost).
Vendors have lived there 50+ years.

I'm not either of those but will answer to try and bump it so someone who is will answer! From an experience I think it would be Possessory Title and then after 12 years could be converted to Title Absolute.

Hi thanks for the bump! Since found out the vendors have got a copy of a copy of the deeds which is what was submitted to the LR
