I go to the chiropodist, optician & dentist regular and thinking there may be some therapies, with a medical slant, that may be helpful. I fortunately don't have any serious ailments so this would just be for wellbeing

Reflexology sorts out my sciatica
Acupuncture was brilliant for my awful frozen shoulder, chronic migraines and hugely reduces my Fibromyalgia pain.

Osteopath sorted me out when I had a trapped nerve in my neck.

Valerian good for temporary insomnia and senna good for constipation.

Homeopathy is a load of bollocks.

Yumeiho therapy is my current massage therapy. It’s Japanese physio massage. Nothing relaxing about it. It’s a bit like mondragon chiropractic on YouTube. She uses guasha and basically prods anything that hurts until it gives in. Agonising, but I’ve got more mobility in my neck as a result.

And a good private physio can do wonders too. Rather than giving you the same basic arm
Exercises the NHS guys give, he helped me understand why my body was behaving as it did and how to coach myself away from it. (Fibro).
