Recently I’ve noticed a worrying increase in anti-choice posts. And now, an increase in “Woman, know thy place”……

Is it just me? Or is the Trump contagion spreading?

Where are these posts?

Tried to share the most recent one but it didn’t work. The title is about feminism being used to excuse women’s bad behaviour.

Lots today about how wonderful marriage (not long term relationships-marriage) is. There one saying that apparently there are braying mobs of feminists demanding that a man who leaves a mug in the sink should be dumped…

It's primarily a reaction against years of labelling men as sex pests simply for noticing young hot women, and the time for retribution has arrived (yelling at us online). It's also just what happens on the internet, men talk crap about women...women talk crap about men. You can't control.

My other theory is multiculturalism pits us against other cultures therefore British men are coming under pressure to "control their women", because they are increasingly lower status compared to other women which is humiliating and emasculating them. Go on twitter and search "UK Beast" Brit women have a reputation as easy, unattractive and low status. It's probably getting to their head.

I find the Tate style "get back in the kitchen" rhetoric and nostalgic longing for the 1950s just as superficial and dull as the Bonnie Blue stuff, maybe even more so. I can't stand any of it.

With regards to anti abortion rhetoric if you're online a lot you'll have seen lots of Christian revival stuff. There's clearly a growing collective yearning for stability because we feel threatened by other cultures living among us. Although I agree we need to sort ourselves out a bit and stop the gender wars and return to a bit of order I'm afraid if we go back to religion we're more likely to succumb to the dominant religion which let's be real is Islam.
