Help hen do ideas needed

Hey, as the title says I am planning a hen do for my friend. I really thought she deserved a weekend away but it has ended up a night out in our home town.
I want it to be really special and lots of fun but am stumped for ideas. We are doing a bottomless or cocktail making in the afternoon but struggling with the rest of the evening.
She isnt overly self confident so things like karaoke are out. There are around 15 of us and we do not all know each other.
I want fun without too much cringe or tack 😬

Escape room? Good for bonding if you don’t know each other

Escape room is a brilliant idea. One of my friends did an alpaca walk as part of her day which was a nice and calm start to it!
