Stupid question orthodontic elastic bands

Managed to lose the ones we were given and I'm not sure what size I need to get. It says to measure diameter but is that internal or external,? Can anyone help me please?!

why not email your orthodontist to ask?

Ask the dentist surgery? They might have some.

I'm bored so I've just measured dss bands. Looks to be the internal measurement

Thanks. I will ask orthodontist it's just over an hour round trip. So I was hoping I could just buy some online, save myself the stress :(

They’ll obviously have a record of what size!!

You need to ask the orthodontist because they have different strengths, the ones my dd had, had animal names from memory she had otter and eagle.

I would think they would post some to you! perhaps offer to pay to post them

Ours told us NOT to buy online, they are likely not to be right.
