Positive listen to start the day needed ie opposite of sleep app

There was a brilliant helpful thread sharing sleep apps, podcasts, audiobooks and I've been trying some of the ideas.

Does anyone have an early morning listen to help them start the day with a positive mindset?
I'm struggling through a nasty patch of depression and anxiety and I'm often assaulted by horrible thoughts and feelings when I wake up.
I came across a suggestion from Professor Steve Peters (chimp paradox) to start the day smiling and saying 'today's going to be a good day' or something similar.

Do you have anything you listen to or do when you first wake up that helps you start the day in a positive mindset? (Especially anything that helped managing difficult feelings).

Thanks for reading!

I don't have anything OP, but wishing u a good day. Have you thought of getting some support for this?

I've put a happy message on my alarm so that's the first thing I see. You could choose a phrases that speaks to you.

If you want something short, Tweet of the Day on BBC Sounds may meet the bill. Grounded in nature and interesting. 🐦

I love Tweet of the Day!

It's very informative and a clever concept - lasts just a couple of minutes and definitely a positive start to any day Smile

Thank you, I will definitely look up Tweet of the Day.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but Music and Meditation podcast on BBC sounds is really good. I often start the day with some sort of positive meditation - they're only 10 minutes.

Generally speaking I listen to a lot of nature based podcasts and audiobooks. Currently Notes from Walnut Tree Farm by Roger Deakin, As I Walked Out One MidSummer Morning by Laurie Lee, As the Season Turns, Ramblings (another BBC one), there are quite a lot out there. Since experiencing mental health struggles I found this kind of positive, gentle content really very helpful.

Thank you @ProfYaffle that sounds very much the sort of thing that might help me.
