Fairly large retailer (not one I'd heard of) sent the wrong item a few weeks ago (of absolutely no use to me whatsoever). I did receive a replacement order a week later so all good on that front so no refund due.
However, it has been impossible to send the incorrect item back - requested a returns label from their customer services on multiple occasions and still haven't received one.
Very frustrated - any idea what to do next?
Is the onus on them now to arrange safe return of item, I have done all I can. If it was chocolates they sent I would have scoffed them by now. Item is not of any significant value around £20.
