hi, just wondering if anyone has any tips for an October Disney trip. Staying in Paris so it will be a day-trip. Where’s best to get tickets? Any other tips? 2 adults 2 kids. Thanks!

You need park hopper tickets , so 1 day /2 parks as there are good things in the Studios but the parade / fireworks are in the main park . Attraction tickets are usually about the cheapest

Lots don’t recommend it, if you want to go Disney go to the other one, especially with children your age

Love DLP. If it’s in half term week though you won’t get much done in a day. Second busiest week of the year.

Do both parks as there are some bigger rides in the studios and the theming is good for older kids.

Download the app as this shows queue times and you can plan your day beforehand.

Theres lots of quick service food places or you can take picnics. Meal bookings for sit down meals are on the app.

Show times and parades also listed on the app- lion king is ace if you have time.

You can get the train straight there so really easy.

Take refillable water bottles as there is places to refill

Buy ears / shoulder pals beforehand they are expensive in the park. Vinted is good for both

You’re going to be pushed for time doing it in just one day. I suggest you watch some YouTube videos of people there and work out a plan of what the kids really want to do.

If you're only there for the day and want to do the bigger rides then you'll need to buy a fast pass. Queues for the bigger rides are often 45 mins -1 hr so you won't get much done in a day

We’re in Paris right now and went to Disney yesterday.. it was great really easy! If you’re staying in Paris get the RER A from the city to right outside the park.. they run every 15 mins or so. €2.50 each way so much cheaper than a shuttle bus. Get the app and link your tickets, then you can buy individual fast pass tickets when you’re in the park, depending on the ride they cost $5 to $15 each. Try to take some snacks it’s expensive. Stark restaurant in the avengers area has lovely pizzas and pasta. Was mega busy yesterday but the longest we queued for anything was an hour, keep checking the app!
