Has anyone flown out of east mids recently with a VERY early flight

We fly Friday with an early flight - only the second one of the day to go, roughly 6am with 5.30 boarding.

has anyone else left east mids around this time recently - I am debating whether we will be able to pick up ‘breakfast’ before boarding (sandwich or pastry type of thing) or whether at that time, little will be open?

Information online is vague - it just says opening times vary!!

We managed to get some breakfast at the departure lounge put in May, it was open and actually very busy for 4:30am.
