there’s so many more. I’ve no reason they annoy me so much but hearing these words evokes violent thoughts 😂

Even worse when they say a 'slither' of cake!

I want to bring back the death penalty for anyone who talks about their 'journey'. Sod off.

I've often wondered about this too.

Even if phrases like "Low hanging fruit", "Lean in" and other such shite were bandied about in my workplace, I couldn't bring myself to say them.

Still there are usually plenty of bright young things who will do or say anything, however stupid to try and impress in the workplace.

People typing airplane when they are British, not American. It's so irritating. The word is aeroplane and you know it.

Do not know if anyone has mentioned very posh restaurants that say something like this on the menu

fish, peas, rice
or
beef, mushrooms, potatoes

TBH I instantly judge (negatively!) anyone who writes these.

I don't mind veggie, but have an irrational hatred if people spell it "vege" even though its a more logical shortened version!
