What do you like as a little treat at the end of the day

Nothing major. Mines a coke zero. I dont drink any during the day as I like to have a cold glass at the end of the day lol - is that weird?

But then my friend likes a glass of wine, another likes some biscuits with a cuppa just before bed etc. Maybe its just us but we all have a little treat at the end of the day!

How about you? If you have one!

A couple of sweets I'm on a diet and save enough calories for a little sweet treat

Tea and a small piece of chocolate

A small packet of popcorn.
I'm on a diet too and this is built into it.

I've also been having a lovely bowl of fruit at 8pm that I even really look forward to now.

A weak cup of tea and some cheese on toast. I'm not overweight but in the cold nights and the hot nights, I love this. Otherwise I just usually take a glass of water to bed.

A big deep bath with some bath milk in it, I get so stiff in the day I really appreciate a good soak.

I’m on Mounjaro now but previous it was a cup of tea and biscuits or a freezing cold Pepsi Max Cherry.

I never fancy either anymore.

Food wise I had a chocolate and Hazelnut muffin from Paul's bakery today and bloody hell it was good, any decent bakery item with a tea in peace and quiet would be equally lovely.

I have a Bendicks after dinner mint with my cup of tea just before bed. It’s 80 ish calories but takes me ages to eat and is weirdly satisfying.

I like turning the volume up HIGH on my drive home and singing my heart out.

Coffee and biscuits after work then an alcohol free lager and some dark chocolate as I watch tv on an evening.
I also start the day with a piece of chocolate though. I get enough advent calendars to keep me going as long as possible for the year (I’ve just run out!) and have one each morning.

Cheese on toast with a bit of tomato sauce then grilled 😋

A glass of milk and a couple of biscuits. Perfect.

Decaf coffee with cream and a few rich tea in bed on my own ❤️

I gave up wine almost a month ago, so a cup of tea or a hot chocolate these nights

A pint of cold orange squash and some cheese and biscuits, sitting on the sofa in silence when I get home from work. (Teacher) the silence is probably most important actually 🤣

Half a KitKat chunky and a cup of tea.

I keep a bag of the giant chocolate buttons in the fridge. I have two when I remember they're in there.

I don’t usually have any edible treat at the end of the day… but I do look forward to my evening Bath/shower and getting into bed with my book.

A bottle of wine (yes yes I know, it's a problem), and a book.

Ive actually read an entire book tonight, start to finish, with a lovely bottle of Argentinan red wine, outside on the garden sofas. Bliss.

Coffee (decaf) and some dark chocolate - the little Aldi bars are nice.
