Google pixel or Samsung

I need a new phone. I absolutely do not want I phone. I can't get on with them and too expensive.
My choices are Google pixel 9 or Samsung s25 within my monthly contract budget.

Are they similar in the way they work ?

Pretty much but I much prefer the pixel. Wouldn't have any other phone now.

Battery life is better in pixels

I have a Pixel 6, I bought it as a refurb about 4 years ago and it's still going strong. I'll definitely get another Pixel when this one bites the dust, it's my favorite phone so far.

The camera is better on the Samsung Galaxies and there's more personalisation options. I prefer Samsung, but my Pixel was okay, no major problems. The screens are extremely expensive to replace though, it's cheaper to buy a new phone, so look after your screen if you do get one.
