Laura Geller foundation question

Does anyone have the Laura Geller baked powder foundation? Mine looks like this after some use and it doesn’t seem to come off with the brush as its gone shiny and hard on the top. Is it supposed to be like this?

I’ve had several and they all do that, I think it’s just the cation of the brush on the surface. They still worked fine.

I’m just scraping it a bit and then carrying on using it, it’s hard to tell whether it’s going on because it’s so fine anyway.

Is your skin moist from moisturiser before you use it? Are you washing the brush and waiting for it to totally dry?

Mine hasn’t done it, though I haven’t used it heavily.

It's oil from your face.... When you apply and then put the brush back in. You need to just scrape the top layer off
