I'm so upset on this.
I got a parking fine which I appealed. It clearly says we will write to you in 4-8 weeks on their website. It says if it is not successful we will send you a letter explaining why. You then have 14 days.
I never received any letter.
I've just yesterday received a letter saying it was declined and I've not paid it within 14 days so now I owe them £50. WTAF? The original fine was £25. How can they get away with that. I'm livid. Happy to pay £25 but not paying £50 for their incompetence.
What do I do? I can't work out who I'm meant to contact or how.
There's a section in the portal where you can make a representation - do I just complain in there again to challenge it?
