looking for holiday stays near London suggestions? also any events/activities

I have several children and whilst partner is at work im heading away for the weekend in the next few weeks. two children have autism and adhd and all ages vary from teens to starting school age. I was looking for maybe a country side stay but didn't know whether to maybe stay central and book some places like Harry Potter studios. can anyone recommend some things to do in London for the weekend

How old are your children?

Harry Potter books up in advance. I haven’t looked, but I’d be surprised if there was space over the summer holidays.

Leeds castle near Maidstone is lovely. Really good play area as well. There’s also Diggerland not that far away which is a lot if fun.
