How do I fix this?

DS is 3.5. We potty trained 2 months before his 3rd birthday

It went well. The odd accident and then it was mainly just at pre school as there's so much going on, teachers to a ratio of kids rather than me 1 to 1 with him (and his 1yo sis who's always with us)

I feel like we've had a major regression. Hes starting in his undies a bit so will start then go to the loo. Lots of changes of undies and clothes. Sometimes when hes playing thats when he has the accidents and pre school are saying the same its only when hes playing engrossed.

And same here its only when hes engrossed in something

How do I fix this? Hes very aware and doesn't have poop accidents. He will drink loads if its a drink he likes so ige told grandparents to stop the fruit shoots. Started with 1 then he learned to help himself and would have 3 in a row so that was naturally too much for him to hold and resulting in accidents!!

Do I have to half re potty train?? Any tips please I feel so worried about it :(

Ps no major life changes that would cause anxiety (house move nursery move new baby relationship issues etc) hes very happy and sleeps well eats well, no bad physical symptoms. So i donr think its a kidney thing

Sometimes could it be for attention?? I dont know i don't get annoyed I just remind him how we need to go as soon as we feel like we need a wee etc

Make it more tedious for him to not go to the toilet? Don't shame him, but matter of factly show him how to clean any mess, rinse his clothes, put them to dry, get new ones on.
