I'm going to an event with work soon so decided for the first time in my life to treat myself to some Tom Ford perfume, I only got the 10ml bottle in case I didn't like it.

Got an email today saying it had been delivered and signed for by me, went outside to look in my bins as sometimes things gets left in them, nothing there, no card through the door etc so i checked the delivery email to see a pic of a massive white front door (mine is black) the door was closed, nobody there just a pic of a door and the delivery guy holding the parcel.

instantly knew where it was because (making up street names here) mine is 20 Highfield Road and they keep delivering my stuff to 20 Highfield Drive (next street over but different postcodes) been twice today and knocked to ask if they had my parcel and they said no, showed them the pic and they said they never answered the door.

DHL saying it's delivered when I called them even though I told them it's the wrong address and postcode they are not budging.

Do I contact Tom Ford now or is it DHL I need to get back on to?

Contact Tom Ford - your 'contract' is with them

You need to get onto Tom Ford. They're DHLs customer.

Chances are the parcel got stolen because the delivery person left it on the doorstep. The photo doesn't prove that it was handed to a resident so your next street over person probably didn't get it. Do they have a doorbell camera for footage to send to the courier / seller?
Go back to whoever you bought the perfume from. They need to raise a dispute, and you also need to leave negative feedback for the courier.

Tom Ford. Send them a picture of your front door, and a screenshot of the photograph of it being delivered and point out that it was not delivered to you. Also ask if they can re-send it via a different carrier or perhaps send it to a pick up shop so that this doesn’t happen again.

I had this on Monday. Evri said delivered and the photo and gps pin was for a house round the corner. Went there and they showed me the parcel which was theirs, and delivered through the letterbox and mine would not have fit.
Raised it with evri and they have just apologised and said they will let the seller (white company) know. No talk of looking into where it is. I’ve contacted white company and not heard from them yet. So I’m out of pocket and no parcel.
