I keep forgetting we don’t have a microwave anymore !

You can oven heat anything that needs heating, if the packaging is plastic take it out and put on/in something oven proof. No idea what you want to heat! How long will depend, look up something similar if the packaging doesn't say.

Yes you can heat it in the oven. Tip into an ovenproof dish and cook, check after 15 minutes, if it's not hot, give it another 5 minutes.
Or tip it into a small saucepan and heat on the stove top, this is probably the easiest and quickest way.

It looks quite saucy, wouldn't you be better scraping it into a saucepan to warm it through like tinned food?
