I already work in care and I was required to study a course to become certified. This has been truly an extremely stressful time for me. Die to work and family commitments and other issues such as health issues. Other demands.
It's been so so so so hard. Nobody knows the stress and loads that I am under.
Over the past number of weeks I had to attend for work and still complete written assignments and do research for all of this. This has been so hard because I think one of my parents is going senile. Then I have family home from abroad on holiday mode.
I got my current work to sign a page for me for college in relation to work experience. That was in May. I can't believe how fast the last number of months has gone by. I never organised any additional hours in relation to work experience for my course.
I rang the office last week about this but I got reply. I was asking to see if the work that I am currently doing would count towards work experience hours for my college course.
I was never allowed any additional time off to complete these studies by the way.
I am coming up to the final weeks of my college course now and I need some papers to be signed.
I have no idea where I stand.
This is a huge mess.
I calculated the work experience hours to be on average 4 hours a week over 10 weeks. However there were times this summer when I never even had that. I swear I did threw weeks solid of work over July.
