I wondered if anybody has had this when selling their house- searches on the house we are buying come back to state Water and Drainage search shows that there is a public surface water sewer within the property boundary- we have had the location and asked the sellers and they have said it is under decking that they have maintained from the previous owners and never had any problems (they’ve been there 10 years) Could this be a massive problem? Has anybody had or done anything similar? Thanks
