Appetite Suppressants

I've put on a few unwanted pounds so far this summer. I'm looking to take a little more control and could do with a little boost to start me off.
Has anyone got a recommendation for an appetite suppressant? Ideally, something I could take once or twice a day to stop hunger (greed!) pangs?
I'm absolutely not in WLI territory; I'm just after something to help me get back into good habits.
TIA.

I thought that appetite suppressants were potentially pretty dangerous for health and could have serious side effects.

The advice is to see your GP who might prescribe you with a short course of them but taking them without medical advice or supervision is not a good thing.

Look into Zoe Daily 30. I've just started taking it and the bonus is it's just dried seeds, nuts, vegetables, spices etc. So it is food rather than any dodgy ingredients. You add one scoop a day to your meals. I've found that it really fills me up because it's full of fibre and I'm also eating plants I wouldn't normally like buckthorn, seaweed, dried lions mane mushroom etc.

Take a look at the clinical trial they did on it but less hunger and more appetite suppression is a reported benefit and it's certainly been working for me. I'd definitely rather take something natural than any dodgy pills off the internet.
