Does anyone know where Camilla Long is?

Her columns in the ST have been taken over (ages and ages ago) by Charlotte Ivers and Rod Liddle but when THEY are away the columns at the bottom still say Camilla Long is away. I miss her writing. Anyone know where she’s gone and if she’s coming back?

CL was probably my only reason to read the paper and Charlotte Ivers, no disrespect, is clearly a kid who has got the job on the back of someone they know. Typical London-centric, Oxbridge nepo baby, who can submit a few words strung together by the deadline. 🥱

Camilla Long is from a similarly entitled background but was a shit hot commentator and a brilliant writer. She can communicate outside the bounds of her class without losing her authentic posh totty edge. I hope she is ok.

I did have a gentle LOL when CI got the restaurant critic gig. She’s making a reasonably decent fist of it but it did seem a real left field decision.
I’ve googled and it seems CL was on mat leave until December 24 and she’s been writing for the Times during the week (I only get it Saturday and Sunday). Maybe they are holding the columns open for a bit.
