For the love of God will someone please help me speak to Alexa so that she doesn't give me garbage?
I wanted her to open bbc sounds and play me the titanic podcast from 15th April. I get " playing The Archers from 2007" FFS!!
I ask her (nicely) in a slightly different phrasing. I get "playing Elton John"
Is it just me? I am completely stupid? Alexa never plays what I want. Ever!

We have three in the house. Two are unplugged and stuffed at the back of cupboards, one is in DS room and he seems to only use it to ask what the weather is like.

Urgh, I am getting a bit miffed by Alexa, surely she's due an upgrade? Me: What's the temperature outside? Her: Outside doesn't support that. Me: What's the temperature Her: Have all the forecast.

Later, me: How long left on the alarm? Her: There are no alarms.
Alarm goes off two minutes later. - - Realise she is being a dick because I said alarm and not timer.

Come on...Chatgpt would get this shit even if I'd chatted so long I was on the - some shit we did years ago version.

Yess!!! Thankyou Wincher I found a routine and disabled it- didn’t even know it was a thing! Still suspect one of the DC set it..

I just asked mine to play Titanic podcast episode 3 and it worked. It’s playing it via the Amazon music app.

@WinterRoad you might be interested to know that there's a five-part docudrama on BBC i-player at the moment called "Titanic Sinks Tonight". It got a good review in the Guardian. I've added it to my watch list!
