Waterproof cushion liners? Do they exist?

I have elderly dogs and really need waterprrof liners to go under my cushion covers.

I don't know if what you want exists OP but having had elderly dogs, I bought some PUL fabric from ebay and made covers on my sewing machine. I'm NOT good at sewing but they turned out ok so if you sew or know someone who could run you some up it's another option.
PUL is what they use for washable nappies and it's waterproof.
