Is anyone else got a girl crush on Pamela Anderson right now?

I feel that I had completely underestimated her and have had to think about my own prejudices.

She just seems so zen and at peace with herself and kind.

I hope that the rest of her life is wonderful.

I like her - and admire her for not going down the plastic fantastic, botox and fillers route, but girl crush? No.

KateMiskin · 01/08/2025 19:30

Not really. I like some of her looks but she hasn't really done anything impressive.

Middlemarch123 · 01/08/2025 21:14

I admire her new natural look, good for her. She seems really at peace with herself. And I really like her new man!

momager1 · 01/08/2025 21:18

Not a girl crush as such, but . She is the same age as me. She was a blonde bombshell ( I have never been a bombshell) Now, she looks like she could be one of my friends, I totally respect her and think she is naturally beautiful, more so than when she was totally made up and running around in a red bathing suit on baywatch. I hope she finds TRUE love with Liam as her other choices have been pretty dire.

Overtheatlantic · 01/08/2025 21:31

I respect her for keeping her wits about her in Hollywood and raising her sons in a loving home. But she has been married 5 times and I wonder if she’s still emotionally immature.

Game0fCrones · 01/08/2025 21:33

I worry for her sanity but I'm very jealous that she's bagged Liam.

StrictlySequinsandStiIettos · 01/08/2025 21:36

I thought it was a showmance/PR for the Naked Gun reboot. If not, good luck to them. And hope she has lots of lube, he's apparently hung like a horse (sorry for lowering the tone). Grin

I watched Pam & Tommy recently, I had no idea about her back story and how damaging that sex tape was, it totally ruined her career she seems like a really lovely woman and was totally objectified I found it quite sad

SnailandWhal · 01/08/2025 21:43

I am the same - I watched her documentary and have been rooting for her success. She does seem so much more happy with who she is. I hope its all true with Liam as I'd like to think they're both happy.

SereneLilac · 01/08/2025 21:44

Yes, love her, love her attitude. Have a look at her choices in the Criterion Closet too. Very eclectic, and she clearly knew what she was talking about. She and Liam were so unexpected but seem completely smitten. It's just delightful.

Yes, totally!

Juicesausagecake · 09/08/2025 08:43

I find this press junket they are doing very moving.

I read Arthur Miller’s Timebends last year, and I find myself wondering if this could have been the happy ending that Marilyn Monroe could have had.

Isitjustme20 · 09/08/2025 08:46

I absolutely adore her, I think she’s had a rough life and she comes across as such a lovely genuine person, if it’s true about her and Liam I wish them all the best

MJ1980 · 09/08/2025 08:49

Love Pammy although that recent hair cut does her no favours. The fringe needs to go. Although she does seem to be in a very good place atm

Coffeeishot · 09/08/2025 08:55

She seems delightful I love her, she was objectified and I think she played up to it for a while. Her 50s seem to suit her, and then you have Liam and its heart melting 🫠

She has had botox and fillers

Meltyourpopsicle · 09/08/2025 09:26

She’s amazing.

Jamclag · 09/08/2025 09:30

I wish any woman well who has been objectified (even if complicit in some ways) exploited and abused in the ways Pamela Anderson has throughout her life.(And btw she didn't give her consent to The Pam and Tommy drama either).
I'm glad for her if she's finally happy and at peace with herself but let's be honest, with that bone structure and figure she would look good in a bin liner with or without make up. Sporting a fairly natural look in your fifties is fairly unusual in Hollywood (although Jamie Lee Curtis and Annette Benning have managed it for years) but the really revolutionary thing would be for younger, mainstream actors to feel they could do the same and not jeopardize their careers. Pamela took full advantage of her (artificially enhanced) beauty when she was in her 'prime' years so it does feel a bit like having her cake and eating it a bit. But she is obviously free to live her life how she chooses and as far as I'm aware she's not advocating her choices for anyone else - so good for her.

TonTonMacoute · 09/08/2025 09:35

She looks bloody fantastic atm!

Brenda34 · 09/08/2025 15:18

IIRC she was the Katie Price of her day. She was the first to have massive breast implants and be touting them openly. Dolly Parton was more covered with hers.
I see her as a trendsetter for boob jobs.
There's definitely a sense of having cake and eating it as a PP said. I'm glad she's doing what she's doing now though.

KateMiskin · 09/08/2025 15:21

My possibly mean and grudging opinion is that actresses should act. The rest is PR, and I am not really into all the Instaspeak word salad surrounding her.
Much prefer Jodie Foster and Annette Benning who both look natural and can act.

She has had botox and fillers

She also had a facelift approx 8-10 years ago. If I had the time and inclination I'd pull up some pic. Her cheeks are currently filled to the gills though yes.

SwedishEdith · 09/08/2025 15:33

I don't follow her but videos of her pop up on social media. I presume she has some make up on but it's also a lot easier to go out without in big public facing events when you are considered beautiful. What strikes me is that she always seems to not display many expressions. So the "zen" of the OP comes across as a bit detached looking, from the clips I've seen.

Agree, I like Pammy, always have but she has had plenty of work done including a facelift so I think it’s misleading to say how fabulous she looks ‘natural’ because it isn’t.
