Outlook login help

I can’t get into my email on either laptop, iPad or iPhone. I’ve had error messages, links to Microsoft etc but can’t begin to understand it ….. lots of letters and numbers.
I’m at a loss about how to sort it - any advice on how to get some help please?

I was with Virgin, who have just joined up with O2. They asked for a secondary email, so I had to get my computer man to set it up for me. Is yours a similar problem.
