I have mice! I called pest control after seeing two because my nerves were shot. They charged me £250 and said they would come and bait twice before visiting a third time and sourcing access points and blocking them up. Third visit today - I was told the problem is sorted. Ignored me when I said I’d seen a hole in the electric cupboard. Filled ONE whole with expanding foam (which is useless and I could have done myself) and basically said the problem is sorted. When I told them I wasn’t happy, they were really dismissive and said to call if any more problems.
I have since had someone else come out who was recommended and he has said they’ve taken the lazy route and should have blocked up the four holes that he found today!
Where do I stand with requesting a refund or at least a part refund? I have basically paid £250 for some bait and a spray of expanding foam and the problem unresolved.
I haven’t relaxed since seeing them. I’m sleeping in the living room with the doors taped up and just desperately want this sorting. I feel completely ripped off!
