Hsbc Square Health

Wasn’t sure if this should go in money or health so I put it here.

If anyone has been given Square Health as an add on free service to their bank account, have you used it? Was it easy to get what you needed and was it any good?

I have it but haven't ever used it. It didn't look that great tbh.

I also have it but haven’t needed to use it. Would be interested to hear others’ experiences.

I looked at Square Health on Trust Pilot. They got a lot of good reviews but generally the ones that mentioned HSBC were very poor. I've no way of knowing why that might be. It may be a coincidence. It might be that HSBC Premier customers have unrealistic expectations. Or it might be that HSBC negotiated a deal that meant it was not viable for Square Health to provide the same level of service as they did to fee paying customers. Obviously, these are just my thoughts and I'm not saying that is the case, they are just possibilities I've pondered.
