I work in public sector, been here 9 years. Currently on a secondment in a more senior and will be back in my other role which is perm but less senior unless another role comes up. Im already established, employer is very flexible and lovely team. I do get fed up tho, feel unappreciated and a bit bored but do love my job in that it’s comfortable.
I’ve been offered an interview which will pay up to 6k more, not a huge amount but it’s fully remote. I have a toddler so this could work well with less commute time. Feel a bit nervous as it’s all completely new: it’s private company.
the role I’m going for is a bit of a side step but would be a good change for my cv.
