So I returned 3x orders to Amazon; they were smoke detectors. They were happy to accept the return. Two orders from me, one from my husband's linked account; they said to return all in one box, via any carrier and they would refund the postage. Once I returned them, they did refund the postage but no actual refund. Parcelforce have evidence it was delivered.
Amazon have refunded one of the orders but the other 2 orders included total £600 and I can't afford to just write this off! I have had countless live chats and emails with them - they keep changing the reason. Not authorised (it was, in live chat, I have the transcript) and then not delivered (although they refunded the postage and one order) and then the carrier didn't scan it in (they did) no carrier receipt (I sent it to them) and now the return was not initiated on their side (not my fault).
I am getting nowhere with live chat and emails. They keep cutting off live chat when I won't accept their 'apologies but we hope you understand we cannot do anything'. I have never once been rude or disrespectful, it's all polite. I don't want to call - I won't have it in writing. Does anyone have knowledge of an actual postal address for Amazon please, so I can put it all succinctly in writing once and for all?
