Short, daily, flexibility (lower back friendly!) flow?

I posted this on the Yoga board, but it seems quite quiet there.

I was watching someone at the gym do a flow after her exercises and it just seemed so calming.

I was thinking about something I could eventually learn off by heart.

I am about 24kg overweight (but losing) and struggle with my lower back (although this is healing). I also struggle with putting too much weight on my wrists.

I don’t want anything fancy, just something that will help my overall flexibility.

Does anything like this exist?

I get bored if there is too much lying around just breathing…

I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but have you browsed the Youtube yet? There are lots of free resources there, and you'll also find great channels specifically aimed to overweight/obese people. I'd definitely check there. Good luck! 😊

Thank you. Yes I've looked, but there's almost too much choice. I've played several, but have either found them to hard , or there's to much lying around, breathing. That's why I was hoping for some recommendations.

I use the free FitOn app. Under the yoga section there are loads of yoga sessions ranging from 5 minutes to 30+ minutes. Personally, I like some of the short bedtime yoga routines. Being short they are also easy memorise!

Thank you.

I suppose I'm fed up with looking randomly and would like some specific recommendations of people's favourites.

I’m no runner but I rate this guys videos for helping me with flexibility

I think his talking is a bit marmite, as he talks a lot but I find the amount of talking is good at explaining what you should be doing while you may not have the best line of sight of the tv.

These look great. Thank you. I will try them both.
