Dentist or wait it out?

My 4 year old accidentally head butted my 3 year old and gave him a nose bleed, fat lip and his gums are bleeding I think near his top teeth. Does he need to be seen by a dentist or do I just need to wait it out?

If his gums are bleeding I would definitely get that checked out by a dentist. You can’t always see the full extent of dental trauma.

i’d probably get a doctor to look at him too as that sounds quite nasty.
