Anyone planning to go to the victory parade tomorrow in London?

I'm trying to work out the best time to arrive. I know it's going to be insanely busy and we need to get there early, but I'm trying to work out how early is early enough! Anyone else planning on going and what sort of time are you planning to get there for?

I might but I’m really just bumping this thread as I have no idea if it’s possible or where / what / when etc etc… (DD and I down in London for a few days, not a local)

You can see the parade route here: https://www.englandfootball.com/articles/2025/Jul/27/england-womens-euro-2025-champions-homecoming-public-guidance-20252807

It's relatively straightforward - down the mall to the Victoria memorial outside Buckingham Palace.

I'm currently thinking that I'll get there for about 9am - but I have no idea if that's going to be too early or too late!

Does anyone know why they’re doing such a short route? The mall is about 500m long! I’d love to take my kids but I don’t think we’d survive the crowds.

No I'm not, since the stroke I'm not up to it (standing or crowds) sadly, but I hope you have a brilliant day!!

I wouldn't have wanted to be there before 9, so I'd have aimed for that on the understanding I'd just find the best viewing place I could at the time. But really you go first the atmosphere, not the view. If seeing them clearly was the objective, you'd watch it in the tv!!

as someone under 5ft it was a decision I made years ago!!

have fun!!
