Panic Jet 2 holiday

I’ve been looking at holidays this evening to take my children away on my own for a week. I’m not massively flush but a very last minute deal came up with Jet2 so I booked and it said ‘payment didn’t go through’ but in my back account it’s showing as pending.
It asked me to book again but now I can’t as I don’t have enough money in my account to book it as it’s being held in pending.
They’re not open until the morning and I haven’t received any confirmation of the holiday (not in spam or the app) so it’s not looking good.

I’m having trouble sleeping as it’s so much money and I don’t have a holiday or the money now.
Does anyone have an idea what could possibly be happening?

No direct experience of what you are going through but have always found jet2 to be really good at customer service.. try not to worry they will sort it out tomorrow

Me too - Jet 2 are really good at customer service in my experience. It will get sorted out in the morning.

Thank you. I think I have potentially lost out on the holiday too l, but as long as I get my money back, I can live with that.
