Help…antibiotic cream for ear piercing?

Daughter had her ears pierced 2 weeks ago we’ve been bathing it with saline water twice daily.

I noticed yesterday one of her piercing’s has a tiny bit of pus in/around the hole & she say’s her ear is slightly sore apart from that no other symptoms.

Is there anything else I can do to help? Wondered if there a cream I could buy & put on?

this works really well and was recommended to me by a very experienced piercer. I’ve used it on multiple ear piercings and it’s always sorted out any sign of soreness/infection.

@dementedpixie it was needle, piercing shop told me to use proper salt & cooled boiled water so that’s what I’ve been using.

Bruilidene cream! Antibiotic - works amazing.

I was advised to use nielmed spray which is a saline spray. Might have a look at the other spray that's been recommended.
